My experience in group exercise started with me as a student. After taking classes for a few months I was very curious about leading a class and getting paid to exercise. I saw teaching group exercise classes as a win win situation. Making exercise my job made me accountable to myself and my students. I became a certified Jazzercise instructor in 2006 and I created BURN in 2017.

BURN is 35 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of strength training in every class. What sets BURN apart is that I build a cardio routines around today’s popular music and I take student music requests from students. Love a song? I’ll make a routine to it. Also in every other song we hold hand weights to add a challenge to the workout. For those that are interested in firming your body we have a Boot Camp class that works all your major and minor muscle groups. (You and your muscles may be mad at me the next day ??)

BURN & Boot Camp will assist you in getting in your daily steps, heart rate up, calories burned and muscles built.
